In Vietnamese, the word “Ba” has a couple of meanings. “Ba” could mean, “Dad” or it could mean “Three”. The word “Tô” mean “Bowl” in Vietnamese and is also my family name. Together, the words “Ba Tô” depict the people that inspired and encouraged the start of this food trailer business. My parents; who owned Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants for most of their lives taught me and shared with me what it takes to be successful. My wife and my three beautiful daughters who encourage and motivate me to pursue my love and passion for food.
We hope to capture some of our rich Asian history and culture in the flavors of our food and hope to share them with you.
